TikTok Sales & Recruitment Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic TikTok Sales & Recruitment Marketing Officer to create engaging short‑form video content that promotes overseas job opportunities. You will be the face of our recruitment brand on TikTok and other social platforms, driving qualified leads and guiding candidates through the application process.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and publish daily TikTok videos, photos, and testimonials showcasing job openings.
• Host live TikTok sessions to answer applicant questions and market positions.
• Respond promptly to inquiries on TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Generate and nurture qualified leads, converting them into office visits and completed applications.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure accurate job information is communicated.
• Track and meet weekly and monthly lead‑generation and application targets.
• Stay current with TikTok trends to maximise reach and engagement.
• Support marketing campaigns, office events, and recruitment drives.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (minimum 24 months) in sales, marketing, or recruitment.
• Strong communication skills and a professional online presence.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with TikTok content creation and live streaming.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram for business communication.
• Basic video editing and graphic design capabilities.
