TukTuk Sales Representative – Malindi

About the role

We are looking for an energetic TukTuk Sales Representative to drive our sales efforts in the Malindi region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets for our TukTuk solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through referrals, field visits, networking, and digital platforms.
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable TukTuk options.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups, convert leads into sales, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent post‑sale service.
• Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Required profile

• Education background in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven, confident, energetic, and self‑motivated.
• A valid driving/riding licence is an added advantage.
