About the role
The Vice President will lead Standard Bank’s Energy and Infrastructure Finance debt solutions for complex African clients. This senior CIB position is responsible for end‑to‑end design, structuring, execution and risk oversight of lending solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, structure and execute complex debt solutions for energy and infrastructure projects.
- Manage portfolio exposure in collaboration with risk and product teams.
- Coach and coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet client and revenue objectives.
Required profile
- Post‑graduate degree in business, commerce, finance or a related field.
- Eight to ten years of experience leading complex debt solutions and deal execution.
- Proven experience in debt structuring, portfolio risk, regulatory environments and team leadership.
