About the role
Youth Coordinator – Migori will act as a Local User and Content Administrator, mobilising young people and producing digital content to support CSEA and GBV prevention and broader community engagement. The role is based on‑site in Migori and operates within an NGO media and community‑development environment.
Key responsibilities
- Mobilise young people and facilitate community‑engagement activities focused on CSEA and GBV prevention.
- Create, edit and manage digital content and social‑media platforms as the Local User and Content Administrator.
- Support community‑based initiatives and occasional field engagements, including case‑management referrals and awareness campaigns.
Required profile
- Young person living in or strongly linked to Migori county with solid community connections.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in filmmaking, digital content creation, social media, journalism or storytelling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, integrity and respect for confidentiality.
