Retail Branch Manager

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Retail Branch Manager based in Nanyuki. The post covers the day-to-day running of the branch, sales performance, team leadership, customer service and stock and merchandising. The stated pay is KShs 30,000 plus commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, keeping presentation, cleanliness, merchandising and operational discipline high, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Drive sales by implementing strategies to meet and exceed monthly and individual targets, and act on underperformance.
• Lead, supervise and coach the branch team, support staff development and maintain attendance and conduct standards.
• Deliver consistent, professional customer service, handle complaints promptly and build repeat business.
• Monitor stock levels, handling, display, pricing and replenishment, and oversee stock counts, transfers and reconciliation.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, staff performance, stock and customer feedback, and analyse performance data.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Retail Management or a related field.
• Over 2 years of managerial experience in retail, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Proven experience in team leadership, sales management and achieving business targets.
