About the role

We are looking for a proactive Tele‑Sales Agent to join our team in Nairobi. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs and converting leads into confirmed, paid orders.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to company‑provided leads.
• Engage and persuade potential customers, identifying their needs.
• Recommend appropriate products and handle objections confidently.
• Follow up consistently with leads and convert them into paid orders.
• Close deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.
• Continuously improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.

Required profile

• Proven telesales or direct sales experience.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence when speaking to customers.
• Aggressive, proactive and target‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and close deals.
• Professional attitude, discipline and persistence.
• Basic computer skills.
