Entry-Level Sales Scout – On‑ground Prospecting

About the role

PigiaMe, Kenya’s leading online classifieds platform, is looking for energetic Sales Scouts to drive revenue growth and expand its seller base. You will work directly in malls, meeting potential sellers, showcasing the platform’s value and converting leads into paying clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑ground prospecting in malls to identify and onboard new sellers.
• Convert leads into paying clients and upsell advertising packages.
• Execute brand activations and gather real‑time market feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, providing ongoing support.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and seek additional revenue opportunities.
• Relay customer feedback to product teams for platform improvement.

Required profile

• Entry‑level (minimum 1 month experience) and highly motivated.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a keen understanding of seller needs.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
