About the role

The Financial Advisor role is an entry‑level position based in Nairobi, Kenya. Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients for life insurance and pension products

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate leads through networking and outreach activities
• Conduct product presentations and explain benefits
• Follow up on prospects to convert them into customers

Required profile

• Ambitious and passionate about sales and finance, eager to meet targets
• Self‑driven to build a client portfolio and grow personal income
• Holds a degree or diploma in Insurance, Finance, Business, Marketing or related field
• Strong communicator and networker with excellent interpersonal skills
