About the role
Tuoren Company Limited is seeking two motivated Medical Sales Representatives to join its Nairobi team. You will be responsible for promoting a range of medical products to healthcare professionals, building lasting relationships, and driving sales growth in the Westlands area.
Key responsibilities
- Present and sell medical items to doctors, nurses, and clinics.
- Develop and maintain strong trust‑based relationships with health professionals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new client opportunities through calls and visits.
- Negotiate terms, pricing and conditions to close deals.
- Provide post‑sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Pharmacy, Business or a related field.
- Prior sales experience in the medical sector is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, active listening and persuasive abilities.
