MICE Sales Officer – Hotel Sales Support

About the role

The MICE Sales Officer is a commercially focused sales support role responsible for managing MICE enquiries, client communication, proposals, contracting and sales follow‑up, while supporting the Senior Sales Manager – MICE and MICE Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, qualify and respond to MICE enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Prepare and issue proposals, quotations and contracts in line with hotel rates and commercial terms.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date MICE sales pipeline and ensure accurate record‑keeping in the CRM.
• Support the Senior Sales Manager – MICE and MICE Sales Manager in client follow‑up and account management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel sales, MICE, groups or reservations within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using hotel sales or CRM systems.
