Sales and Onboarding Officer

About the role

Resarv is looking for a Sales and Onboarding Officer to drive digital adoption of its Booking Platform and R‑Fit Fitness Ecosystem. You will identify, pitch, and onboard service providers across multiple sectors, helping them automate reservations, reduce no‑shows, and grow revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect qualified service providers in target sectors such as healthcare, fitness, beauty, professional services, events, and meeting spaces.
• Deliver high‑impact sales pitches and live product demonstrations of the Resarv platform.
• Negotiate contracts and convert prospects into active platform partners.
• Guide new merchants through account setup, service profile creation, calendar configuration, and go‑live training.
• Maintain long‑term relationships and provide after‑sales support to ensure merchant retention.
• Track activity metrics and submit weekly pipeline reports to sales leadership.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on sales, account executive, or onboarding experience in software or services.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, resilient and comfortable working autonomously.
