Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Nairobi. The role combines sales, marketing and business development activities to promote our digital management and security solutions to businesses, healthcare providers, schools and landlords.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across target sectors and generate new business opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate our digital management systems and security solutions, tailoring proposals to customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Promote our solutions through marketing campaigns, lead‑generation activities and participation in networking events, exhibitions and industry forums.
• Use digital platforms and other channels to raise awareness, gather market intelligence and uncover new market segments.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with decision‑makers such as business owners, healthcare administrators, school principals and property managers.
• Research competitors, develop strategic partnerships and contribute ideas for product and service expansion.

Required profile

• Confident and persuasive communicator who can sell without being pushy.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable approaching new clients.
• Strong relationship‑building and follow‑up skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Comfortable using digital technology to understand customer needs and present solutions.
