About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our travel agency’s call centre in Nairobi. You will work on a rotating schedule, handling inbound enquiries from 2 PM to 10 AM local time, and turn travel interests into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from potential customers interested in travel services.
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored travel solutions.
  • Apply learned sales techniques to close deals efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and call quality throughout each interaction.

Required profile

  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Minimum six months of call‑center sales experience.
  • Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
  • Proactive, goal‑oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
