About the role

A leading International Academy is seeking a highly qualified and experienced A Level Mathematics & Physics Teacher. The role involves delivering high‑quality instruction to A Level students and preparing them for Cambridge assessments while fostering academic excellence and critical thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics and Physics lessons in line with the Cambridge International A Level Curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessment materials.
• Prepare students for Cambridge A Level examinations through effective teaching and continuous assessment.
• Monitor, assess, and report on students' academic progress.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Integrate technology and practical teaching approaches into classroom instruction.
• Maintain effective classroom management and uphold school policies.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
• Participate in departmental meetings, school activities, and professional development programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, specializing in Mathematics and Physics.
• Minimum of 7 years' teaching experience in a Cambridge Curriculum school, including at least 2 years teaching Cambridge International A Level Mathematics and Physics.
