Accountant (Office‑Based, Early‑Shift)

About the role

Contrarian Capital, an Australian accounting practice, is expanding its Nairobi team and seeks an ambitious Accountant. You will work fully onsite, supporting business owners and gaining hands‑on experience with Australian accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate accounting services to individual and business clients.
• Work directly with business owners and progressively manage your own client portfolio.
• Deliver work on time and maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Build and retain strong client relationships independently.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 2 years).
• Exceptional dedication, reliability, accuracy and personal responsibility.
• Ability to attend the office from 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM (EAT) and relocate near the office if needed.
