Accounts Receivable Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our revenue and collections processes for a global software development leader. This fully remote, full‑time position will ensure timely invoicing, accurate revenue recognition, and healthy cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce accounts receivable policies and procedures.
• Monitor aging reports, chase overdue balances and reduce revenue loss.
• Collaborate with sales, client success and finance teams to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP revenue recognition standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting or accounts receivable management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data to non‑financial audiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially NetSuite or comparable platforms.
