Accounts Receivable Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our revenue and collections processes on a fully remote basis. This full‑time position supports a global software development leader, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely cash flow, and compliance with revenue recognition standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce accounts receivable policies to streamline invoicing and collections.
• Monitor aging reports, proactively address overdue accounts, and minimize revenue loss.
• Collaborate with sales, client success, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP revenue recognition and maintain precise financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue accounting or accounts receivable management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information to non‑financial audiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially NetSuite or comparable platforms.
• Knowledge of GAAP revenue recognition standards and financial reporting.
