Accounts Receivable Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our revenue and receivables function on a fully remote basis. You will ensure timely collections, accurate revenue recognition, and seamless collaboration with sales, client success, and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce accounts receivable policies and procedures to streamline invoicing and collections.
• Monitor aging reports, proactively address overdue accounts, and minimize revenue loss.
• Coordinate with sales, client success, and finance to resolve billing discrepancies and improve cash flow.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP revenue recognition standards and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting or accounts receivable management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information to non‑financial audiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially NetSuite or comparable platforms.
• Knowledge of GAAP revenue recognition standards.
