Agent Success Lead - Property Agents

About the role

Afriqahome is a property marketplace where agents list and buyers search for free. As Agent Success Lead you meet property agents across Nairobi in person and bring the serious ones onto the platform. The role covers finding good agents, keeping them engaged until their first listing is live and generating inquiries, and building a community of serious agents through a monthly session, quarterly events with outside speakers and hands-on listing clinics. It is full time, based in Nairobi, starting September 2026, with a three-month probation.

Key responsibilities

• Meet agents where they work, such as Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington, sites and viewings.
• Walk a new agent through signup and their first listing on the spot.
• Host the monthly agent session, which is invitation-only and you choose who returns.
• Explain verification clearly: optional, paid, and worth it precisely because it costs something.
• Report back on what you see in the market, including what is not working.

Required profile

• Knows Nairobi well and can move around it every day.
• Comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
• Able to hold a room of fifteen experienced agents.
• Able to tell a serious agent from a time-waster and say so.
• English and Kiswahili.
• Property sellers are especially welcome; those who sell property themselves must stop taking new mandates while holding the role, and EARB registration will be checked against the gazetted register.
