Agile Product Owner – Healthcare Backend Solutions

About the role

As an Agile Product Owner you will maximize value delivery for a Scrum Team by turning product strategy into clear, actionable priorities. You will support International Organisations Health (IOH) backend products across Mainframe and Financial Services domains, including payments, billing, eligibility, and finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Agile Product Manager to define product vision, roadmap priorities, and business outcomes.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring backlog priorities align with customer and business value.
• Translate features into user stories, maintain a high‑quality backlog in Jira, and lead backlog refinement.
• Support Program Increment (PI) planning and collaborate with developers, testers, Scrum Masters, QA, UAT teams, and business stakeholders to enable predictable delivery.
• Monitor delivery, quality, utilization, and customer experience metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience using Jira or similar tools.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders across regions and time zones.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong stakeholder relationship management.
