About the role

Sunda International is seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to lead talent attraction and hiring processes for its industrial plant in Pucusana, Peru. The role focuses on managing high‑volume recruitment for operational positions while ensuring compliance with Peruvian labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Execute mass recruitment campaigns for operational roles.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and induction activities.
• Maintain and expand sourcing channels such as job portals, agencies, referrals, universities, and community networks.
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, source effectiveness).
• Keep the candidate database up to date.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and Peruvian labor legislation.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Relations or related fields.
• Minimum three years of experience in mass recruitment for industrial or manufacturing companies.
• Knowledge of Peruvian labor law.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic to intermediate English (preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
