Assistant Sales Manager – Hindi/Gujarati Speaking

About the role

Career Directions Limited (CDL) is recruiting, through its client, an ambitious and results-driven B2B Assistant Sales Manager for its Nairobi team. The role supports the growth of a physiotherapy, rehabilitation, mobility and orthopedic product portfolio. Only Kenyan nationals are eligible, and fluency in Gujarati or Hindi is required because of supplier communications and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned healthcare accounts
• Develop new business opportunities
• Achieve sales and gross-profit targets
• Prepare quotations and follow opportunities to closure
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts
• Support payment follow-up on assigned accounts
• Coordinate customer orders with internal departments
• Maintain accurate information in Odoo or the approved CRM

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare or a related field
• 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a track record of driving sales growth in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, mobility and orthopedic products
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking of Gujarati, Hindi, Swahili and English
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel
