About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and supervise staff in our Nairobi supermarket. The role ensures high service standards and operational efficiency in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and stock replenishment.
- Supervise and coach staff to maintain service quality and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and store policies.
- Manage cash handling procedures and daily financial reporting.
Required profile
- Kenyan citizen aged 18 years or older with a valid National ID.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in customer service and communication.
- Disciplined, team‑oriented and able to work on‑site.
