B2B Sales & Digital Marketing Executive (Fruits & FMCG)

About the role

Cilantro Sprouts Limited is seeking a dynamic B2B Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to drive wholesale sales of fresh fruits, vegetables and FMCG products while managing the company’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients such as hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, retailers and offices.
• Promote and sell bulk fruits, vegetables and FMCG items, negotiate contracts and ensure repeat business.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and monitor order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
• Manage WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Facebook pages, posting stock updates, pricing and promotions.
• Respond to online inquiries, convert leads into sales and maintain customer records.
• Create and run basic online advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the shop and field teams to ensure timely deliveries and excellent service.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or fresh produce.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work both on the shop floor and in the field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Analytics.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business for business communication.
• Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook for business marketing.
• Basic knowledge of design and data‑analytics software.
