About the role
Join a vibrant specialty coffee outlet in Westlands, Nairobi, where you will craft high‑quality coffee drinks and deliver memorable guest experiences. This full‑time position is ideal for a passionate barista who thrives in a fast‑paced café environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of espresso‑based beverages and other coffee drinks to exacting standards.
- Maintain consistency in beverage preparation, presentation, and portion control.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service and handle orders and payments accurately.
- Keep the coffee station, equipment, and work area clean and well‑maintained.
- Monitor stock levels, report replenishment needs, and assist with inventory management.
Required profile
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage Service or equivalent.
- Formal barista training is an advantage.
- Minimum two years of experience in a busy café, coffee shop or hospitality setting.
Required skills
- Espresso machine operation.
- Coffee brewing techniques.
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from KES 25,000 to KES 35,000 per month.
