Bilingual Customer Service Representative – French & English

About the role
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Nairobi team. You will be the first point of contact for consumers, tire installers, and wholesale distributors, handling inquiries about tires and orders across voice, chat, and email channels.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails in a professional manner.
- Provide support for tire‑related questions and order status.
- Seamlessly switch between communication channels while maintaining service quality.
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems.
- Collaborate with team leads, escalating issues when necessary.
- Meet performance KPIs and adhere to scheduled work hours.
Required profile
- 6–12 months of customer service experience.
- Fluent in English (C1+) and French (C1).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Enthusiastic problem‑solver with a growth mindset.
- Sales or retention experience is a plus.
- Spanish language skills are a bonus.
