Branch Manager - Mombasa

About the role

PATH is recruiting a Branch Manager for its Mombasa branch, based in Westlands. The role leads the branch's business performance, operations and customer engagement, and involves regular travel within the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business performance by leading the branch to meet equipment sales volume, revenue, gross profit and market share targets.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and parts and service operations at the branch and other assigned locations.
• Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders, identify market opportunities and grow New Holland's presence in the region.
• Lead and inspire the branch team, motivating and developing employees to achieve targets.
• Engage regularly with customers to understand their needs and gather market insights, and work with Marketing, Parts, Service and support teams on customer days, brand clinics and product introductions.
• Promote operational excellence, including productivity, health and safety, security, ethics and continuous improvement.
• Travel routinely within the region to visit branch locations, customers and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Honours) with a minimum Second-Class Upper Division; a postgraduate qualification or MBA is an added advantage.
• At least 10 years' experience in field sales operations, customer marketing and/or trade marketing, with a proven record of growing business and market share.
• Proven success in managing customer relationships and leading sales teams, with strong commercial judgment and integrity.
