Breakfast Commis – Hotel Kitchen Team

About the role

Join Accor’s hotel kitchen as a Breakfast Commis, delivering friendly and proactive service while preparing breakfast items for a la carte and buffet presentations. You will work closely with fellow kitchen staff and outlet chefs to ensure high standards and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all breakfast food items consistently according to hotel recipes and standards.
• Maintain proper product rotation in chillers to minimise waste.
• Keep work areas, utensils and equipment clean and well‑maintained.
• Communicate daily with outlet chefs about guest feedback and menu updates.
• Support colleagues, share ideas during shift briefings, and uphold kitchen policies.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and beverage.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a culinary environment.
• Journeyman’s papers or equivalent qualification (asset).
• Culinary diploma or certification (asset).
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable and able to work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
