Key responsibilities

• Analyze competitors, clients, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Track international architectural and design competitions relevant to the firm’s expertise.
• Develop business development strategies, partnership proposals, and outreach plans.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities across LinkedIn, the company website, and social media campaigns.
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development and market research, preferably within the architecture or construction industry.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with international markets and design competitions is a plus.
