About the role

The Business Development role at Tally International Consultancy focuses on expanding our market presence across public and private sectors. You will drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and market intelligence.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and track performance against targets.
• Present MZawadi solutions, lead product demonstrations, and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Build strategic partnerships with corporates, banks, telecom operators, government agencies, NGOs, and development partners.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction, identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities, and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client‑relationship skills.
