Business Development Manager - Data Centre Vertical

About the role

Siemens is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth of its Data Centre Vertical across Australia and New Zealand. The role combines strategic planning, customer engagement and market leadership within a fast‑growing digital infrastructure sector.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth for Siemens’ data‑centre solutions in the ANZ market.
• Develop and execute strategic market‑expansion initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with data‑centre operators, contractors, consultants and other value‑chain partners.
• Identify emerging opportunities, customer needs and competitive trends.
• Review tenders, support internal bid teams and prepare proposals.
• Collaborate with customers on prefabricated design solutions and align them with Siemens’ technology portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development within the data‑centre or related infrastructure sector.
• Strong network across data‑centre operators, general contractors, multidisciplinary consultants and M&E specialists.
• Commercially driven with a track record of delivering growth in a B2B environment.
• Excellent stakeholder‑engagement and negotiation skills.
