About the role
The Call Centre Support Intern will assist the National Shelters Network in Kenya by handling inquiries, coordinating referrals, maintaining databases, and supporting communication with shelters and partners. This 6‑month renewable internship reports to the Gender and Protection Officer.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and respond to calls, emails and online inquiries professionally and confidentially.
- Coordinate referrals to shelters and other service providers.
- Maintain an updated directory of shelters, police stations and GBV recovery resources.
- Support communication with shelters, partners and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Internship duration of 6 months, renewable.
- Reports to the Gender and Protection Officer.
