Content Creator (Female) - Solar Energy

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a female Content Creator for its solar energy and renewable energy business, based in Kileleshwa. The role is full time and involves producing and presenting content for social media, filming and editing short videos, and supporting the company's social media presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and other platforms, covering educational, promotional, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes material.
• Appear on camera to present products, explain solar solutions, conduct interviews and create videos.
• Research content trends and develop ideas that raise brand awareness and engagement.
• Support the social media content calendar and campaigns, publish and optimise posts, and monitor performance to improve future content.
• Film and edit short-form videos with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Canva, and capture basic photography and videography.
• Add captions, music, transitions and graphics to make content engaging and platform appropriate.
• Work with marketing and sales teams on content for products, promotions, campaigns, events and lead generation, and communicate solar and renewable energy concepts clearly.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing.
• Experience creating short-form video content for brands, businesses or personal accounts is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Basic to intermediate video editing with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
• Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
