About the role
The Country Sales Manager will lead direct and partner‑led sales growth for CDN in Nigeria, managing strategic accounts and driving business development across enterprise, government and commercial markets. The role focuses on revenue generation, market expansion and consultative solution selling across a broad technology portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise, government, telecom, banking, education, hospitality and commercial sectors.
- Lead strategic customer engagements, manage key accounts and build relationships with CIOs, IT managers and C‑level executives.
- Own monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets, maintain a qualified sales pipeline and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Collaborate with technical and pre‑sales teams to design customer‑specific solutions and translate technical value into business outcomes.
- Partner with OEMs, distributors and channel partners to create joint go‑to‑market initiatives and support partner‑led opportunities.
- Conduct high‑level client meetings, prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs and manage commercial documentation.
Required profile
- Proven track record in enterprise technology sales within Nigeria or West Africa.
- Strong leadership and strategic account management capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of the Nigerian market across multiple industry verticals.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision‑makers.
