Customer Account Manager – Southeast Region

About the role

The Customer Account Manager for the Southeast Region will be responsible for building and maintaining long‑term relationships with key customers in executive business areas. Acting as the primary liaison between the customer and Embraer, you will ensure outstanding satisfaction by understanding needs, expectations and issues, and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, implement and monitor all operational activities related to customer account management, including technical and commercial support for Embraer products and services.
• Develop studies and research initiatives to optimise, rationalise and modernise departmental processes, programs and technologies.
• Serve as the communication bridge between key customers and internal teams, aligning customer requirements with internal processes.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
• Identify sales opportunities from customer needs and contribute to generating new, long‑lasting business.
• Prepare and manage target programmes and participate in departmental budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, safety regulations and company policies, while meeting ISO quality standards.
• Drive productivity, organisational results and a motivating work environment for the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing client/operator technical and commercial support activities for aircraft and related services.
• Proven track record as a key account manager with strong sales and solution‑selling experience.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities, with strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work safely and adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
