Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join workLATAM’s remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on our kitchen appliance product line. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, text and messaging apps.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to resolve issues related to kitchen appliances.
• Develop a deep understanding of product offerings to offer accurate recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members during daily meetings to share knowledge and address complex cases.
• Stay updated on product features, industry trends and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about kitchen appliances.
