Customer Success Consultant (Kenya)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Customer Success Consultant to join our team in Kenya. You will work closely with international clients and internal teams to ensure successful adoption of our SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and global clients to deliver smooth project execution.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for client stakeholders on product usage.
• Handle high‑severity requests and issue escalations.
• Guide clients on product features and best practices.
• Drive client scale‑ups toward enterprise‑level penetration.
• Communicate new feature releases and enhancements aligned with client needs.
• Monitor product adoption and usage metrics.
• Configure and demonstrate the product during pre‑execution phases.
• Travel to client offices as required to maintain strong relationships.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, go‑getter attitude with strong work ethic.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver with solution‑focused mindset.
• Enthusiasm for technology and proven technical aptitude.
• Valid passport and fluency in French (mandatory).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
