About the role
Apex Collections Africa Ltd is seeking an Entry‑Level Debt Account Manager to join its Nairobi team. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts, negotiating repayment arrangements, and recovering outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers with overdue accounts and negotiate repayment plans.
- Recover outstanding debts in line with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and applicable laws.
Required profile
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience in debt collection, credit control or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good time‑management and organisational skills.
