Diaspora & Campus Growth Lead Intern

About the role
You will run two consumer engines – a diaspora channel that sells Life Plus to Kenyans abroad and a campus ambassador program that promotes study circles on Pawanax Study. The goal is to acquire 5 Life Plus users and 8 study payers each week while building partnerships and supporting ambassadors.
Key responsibilities
- Build diaspora partnerships with associations, churches and creators abroad.
- Recruit, train and support 10 campus ambassadors at Kenyan universities.
- Ensure every ambassador message discloses their Pawanax affiliation.
- Run exam‑season annual pre‑pay campaigns.
- Report weekly payers, CAC and channel performance.
Required profile
- Strong network on a Kenyan campus or in a diaspora community.
- Persuasive writer and organiser.
- Comfortable with paid and organic social.
- Nice to have: student leadership experience, diaspora lived experience, community management.
