About the role
Scofield is seeking an experienced Digital Economy Specialist Consultant to lead multi‑disciplinary research and advocacy projects across Kenya. The role involves shaping policy briefs, research reports and event proceedings for government ministries, tech hubs and private sector initiatives.
Required profile
- Post‑graduate education (Master’s or PhD) in Economics, Public Policy, Digital Governance or a related field.
- Minimum of 10–12 years of professional experience leading tech policy, digital economy or private‑sector development programmes.
