Digital Marketer - Home Healthcare

About the role

A leading provider of home healthcare solutions, represented by its client, is looking for a Digital Marketer to strengthen its online presence and engage its target audience. The role is based in Nairobi and is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads to generate qualified leads for home care programmes.
• Create engaging, SEO-friendly content and visuals for social media, blogs and websites.
• Monitor and manage social media channels, responding promptly to comments, inquiries and messages.
• Track, analyse and report campaign metrics such as lead generation, engagement rates and conversions using Meta Ads Manager and a lead management CRM.
• Optimise ad creatives, copy and landing pages for better click-through and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with company objectives and keep messaging and branding consistent.
• Conduct market and audience research to find opportunities for campaign improvement.
• Create and schedule content calendars covering caregiver programmes, testimonials, awareness posts and educational material.
• Nurture leads through the CRM, tagging and tracking outcomes to support follow-ups.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform algorithms and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred.
• About 4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation.
• Proven track record of running successful social media campaigns and digital ads.
• Excellent writing, communication and creative skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO and digital advertising tools.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
