Digital Transformation & IT Support Officer

About the role

Mavuno Organics Kenya Limited is launching a company‑wide digitisation programme to boost efficiency, traceability and decision‑making across its agribusiness operations. The Digital Transformation & IT Support Officer will lead key digital initiatives, implement Microsoft 365 solutions, improve workflows, build management dashboards and provide day‑to‑day IT support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of Mavuno’s digitisation roadmap and support Microsoft 365 deployment (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Analyse, document and optimise business processes in procurement, packhouse, quality, finance, sales and future value‑addition.
• Collaborate with consultants, vendors and internal teams on digital transformation projects, including future CRM and ERP roll‑outs.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI and Excel; improve data collection and reporting across departments.
• Administer SharePoint and cloud‑based document management, ensuring version control and compliance documentation.
• Provide first‑line IT support for Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, printers, hardware and connectivity issues; manage IT assets, network performance, cybersecurity, backups and user access.
• Train staff on digital tools, create user guides, SOPs and champion adoption of new processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology, Information Systems, MIS, IT, Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, business systems administration, digital transformation projects or process improvement.
