E‑Commerce Officer – Manage Online Marketplace Sales

About the role
We are looking for an E‑Commerce Officer to drive our online sales across major marketplaces and social commerce channels. You will be responsible for managing product listings, ensuring compliance, and monitoring performance to grow revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Manage company accounts on platforms such as Jumia, Kilimall, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Shop.
- Ensure compliance with each platform’s policies and requirements.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly online sales performance and report insights.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, E‑Commerce, IT or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce or online sales.
- Experience with online marketplaces and social media commerce.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
