Electric Motorbike Sales Attendant

About the role

The Electric Motorbike Sales Attendant will work on the ground in Nairobi’s Eastlands area, promoting and selling electric motorbikes to bodaboda riders, logistics operators and market vendors. You will be the face of the brand, demonstrating the benefits of e‑motorbikes and building a pipeline of repeat customers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit bodaboda stages, logistics hubs and open markets across Eastlands (e.g., Donholm, Buruburu, Kayole, Umoja) to prospect new customers.
• Conduct live product demonstrations, explaining charging methods, battery‑swapping technology and cost savings.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and drive lease sign‑ups.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and maintain strong relationships.
• Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of field sales experience, preferably in automotive, motorbike or renewable energy sectors.
• Fluent in English, Swahili and Sheng.
• In‑depth knowledge of Nairobi Eastlands and transport networks.
• Valid driving/riding licence (Class A) is a strong advantage.
