Enterprise Sales & Partnership for AI Solutions

About the role

THCO Financial is seeking a full‑time remote Enterprise Sales & Partnership professional to drive AI‑driven solutions within the financial services sector. You will identify, qualify, and close high‑value enterprise opportunities while building strategic partnerships that expand our market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify enterprise leads for AI solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls, deliver solution demos, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from negotiation to contract signing.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, track pipeline performance, and provide sales forecasts.
• Gather client feedback to inform product and service enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably selling technology or AI/analytics solutions.
• Strong background in lead generation, sales operations, and account management.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
