About the role
The Executive Coordinator – Office of the President will provide integrated executive, operational and strategic coordination support to ensure the effective functioning of the President’s Office. The role manages the President’s agenda and executive workflow through a strategic lens, ensuring that time, decisions, and engagements are aligned to organizational priorities and deliver the greatest institutional value.
Key responsibilities
- Lead integrated management of the President’s Office, coordinating schedule, meetings, travel, documentation and stakeholder engagements.
- Architect and protect the President’s calendar, ensuring time is prioritized for high‑value strategic and governance matters.
- Coordinate planning and logistical execution of presidential priorities, leadership forums, board engagements, official visits and key deliverables.
- Triaging meeting requests and correspondence, redirecting, delegating or resolving items as appropriate.
- Maintain executive‑office systems, processes and templates to improve responsiveness and decision readiness.
- Provide timely, high‑quality briefings, background information and decision‑support materials to the President.
- Review and synthesize reports, proposals and correspondence, distilling key issues and recommended actions.
- Manage sensitive communications with diplomacy and ensure alignment with institutional reputation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, International Relations, Communications, Public Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
- At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience supporting a C‑suite executive, President, CEO or senior public official.
- Experience in a complex, international, development, public‑sector or fast‑paced organizational environment.
- Proven ability to coordinate executive‑level meetings, board engagements and sensitive communications.
Required skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with digital collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with document‑management systems.
- Experience using project‑tracking systems.
