Executive Search Partner (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Search Partner to lead senior‑level talent acquisition for fast‑growing technology companies. Working fully remote, you will own the end‑to‑end executive search process, from strategy design to offer negotiation, and partner closely with hiring leaders across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full‑cycle executive search processes for Director, VP and C‑suite roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps using proactive outreach, referrals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles and ensure structured interview processes.
• Conduct market intelligence, compensation benchmarking and competitor analysis to support hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment KPIs, improve time‑to‑hire and maintain data quality in ATS systems.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices, including diversity‑aware sourcing and structured evaluation.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on executive search or senior‑level recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or retained search.
• Proven success closing mid‑senior and executive roles in competitive technology markets.
• Strong understanding of global talent markets, especially EMEA and international tech ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organized, autonomous and comfortable in a fast‑paced, distributed environment.
