Field Sales Representative – Foot Soldier (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for energetic, target‑driven Field Sales Representatives – often called “Foot Soldiers” – to promote a growing organic food restaurant’s healthy meals to offices and businesses across Nairobi’s Central Business District. In this part‑time role you will be the first point of contact, introducing the menu, taking orders and building lasting relationships with corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Visit offices and businesses to present the menu and acquire new customers.
• Take orders and ensure accurate transmission to the kitchen.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regular and corporate clients.
• Follow up on customer feedback and encourage repeat orders.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Report daily on visits, orders and leads.

Required profile

• KCSE certificate; a sales, marketing or hospitality certificate/diploma is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Confidence approaching new contacts and walking into offices.
• Self‑motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi CBD and surrounding areas.
• Interest in organic or healthy food and an existing network of office contacts (preferred).
