Fixed Sales Supervisor

About the role

A Fixed Sales Supervisor is needed in Nairobi to supervise the activities and performance of the sales team in an assigned territory, as directed by the Line Manager. This is a contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Own the sales target for the assigned territory and lead the team to meet sales goals
• Train, coach and mentor direct sales agents on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Monitor and analyse sales performance daily, give feedback and implement improvement strategies with the Line Manager
• Take daily attendance records and enforce use of the field management tool
• Develop and run sales strategies and promotional activities, and build customer relationships for repeat business
• Set sales targets with the Line Manager and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and hold regular team meetings for goals, strategy and performance reviews

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Project Management or a related field; additional sales or project management certifications are an advantage
• 3 years of sales experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proven track record of success in a supervisory role
• Good communication skills
