French‑Speaking Telesales Executive

About the role

The French‑Speaking Telesales Executive will drive revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, conducting consultative sales conversations, and converting opportunities into closed deals across the Adaptis Group and its subsidiaries, with a focus on French‑speaking clients and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales campaigns to identify, engage and qualify prospective French‑speaking clients.
• Build and maintain target prospect databases and achieve defined call and activity targets.
• Lead discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, and prepare prospects for demonstrations and proposals.
• Negotiate, handle objections, and close deals while supporting quotation and proposal development.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM, record interactions, generate reports and support revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaign prospecting and post‑event follow‑up.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) and English.
• Proven experience in telesales or outbound B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with the capacity to meet activity and revenue targets.

Required skills

• CRM usage for pipeline and activity tracking.
• Consultative selling and objection handling.
• Lead qualification and opportunity development.
